Andrew Ripich

Andrew brings over 12 years of M&A experience shaped at Citizens Bank and Western Reserve Partners, leading national and regional investment banking platforms. He has advised on transactions spanning the lower middle market to $400M+ in enterprise value.

He serves as a Board Director at American Tank & Fabricating and has held roles at leading global and public companies including Eaton Corporation, Schneider Electric, and ACCO Brands, shaping an advisory perspective built on operating experience.

He holds a B.S. in Finance with additional studies in Mechanical Engineering and an Executive MBA from Miami University.

Savanna Roberts

Savanna brings over 13 years of M&A experience across investment banking, financial diligence, and corporate finance. While at Citizens Bank, Savanna earned repeat M&A mandates from high profile private equity and public company clients.

Her background includes M&A advisory at Citizens Bank, financial diligence at Bober Markey Fedorovich, and FP&A at The J. M. Smucker Company. She serves as a Board Director of Empower Sports and earned her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license, bringing a detail-oriented, analytical approach to every engagement.

She holds a B.S. in Accounting from University of Akron and an MBA from Walsh University.
